Search Engine Reputation Management

Reputation Management has emerged as a central capability of some of the most popular and enduring web sites.  Reputation is a powerful force in forming opinions, steering commerce, and driving traffic on the web.  Examples of this can be seen at web sites such as eBay, Amazon, and ePinions, where buyers and other participants bestow a rating on a seller or product.  This reputation rating has been shown to have a major impact on purchasing and viewing habits.  Would you purchase a product on eBay from a seller with a “positive feedback” or reputation rating of 23%?  How about 70%?
